Return vs Donate 

Items are on the sales floor at regular price for 60 days.  After 60 days, your items may be reduced to a 50% and 75% off, and then donated.   

Return - we go through your items 'on the spot', and return to you any items we do not accept.  After 60 days on the sales floor, you may pick them up.  It is your responsibility to find your items. 

Tip:  We suggest printing your 'accepted items' email, crossing off what sells, then when you arrive to our shop, you know what you are looking for.  

Donate - we go through your items either 'on the spot' or at a later time, and anything that we do not accept is donated to a local organization.

You may suggest that certain items are a 'return', and some are a 'donate'.  Example, a Coach purse you may want back if it doesn't sell, whereas, the clothing may be donated.

Handbags, formals, and wedding dresses typically do not expire after 60 days.  In the event we would want to take them off the sales floor, we would notify you.
